Refund & Return Policy

At Haberdash & Heirlooms, we carefully inspect, research, and describe each item to the best of our ability. As the majority of our inventory consists of vintage, antique, and estate pieces, signs of age, wear, patina, repairs, and imperfections are often part of an item's character and history.

Returns for Items Not as Described

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery if an item is materially different from its description, photographs, or stated condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the item
• A description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

Eligible Refunds

A refund may be granted if:

• The item received is significantly different from the listing description.
• Major damage or defects were not disclosed in the listing.
• The wrong item was shipped.

Approved returns must be shipped back in the same condition in which they were received.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Normal signs of age, wear, patina, or use consistent with vintage and antique items
• Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to photography, lighting, or screen settings
• Items damaged after delivery
• Items altered, repaired, cleaned, or modified by the buyer

Return Shipping

If a return is approved because an item was not as described, Haberdash & Heirlooms will provide a return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after receipt of the returned item.

Vintage & Estate Items

Every piece we offer is unique and often decades old. We encourage customers to review all photographs, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Questions are always welcome prior to purchase, and we are happy to provide additional information whenever possible.
